Attendance is a critical component of running your business, as it allows you to not only track your students' progress, but also manage students who might quit due to lack of attendance.
MyStudio’s attendance system is fully integrated into every aspect of your business. Mark an individual student for attendance using the Attendance portal or mark an entire class as attended through your class/appointment calendar. Our attendance kiosk is customizable and allows you to either check in students yourself or let them sign themselves in for a quick, no hassle check-in. You can even choose the data displayed on the kiosk to protect customer information and share their rank progress details.
Each student’s attendance count updates on their membership details and participant profile, counting each class towards their rank/level requirements and allowing them to move up in your system.
Use attendance data to create automations and send out “we miss you” messages to students who haven't been to class for a while or congratulate students on their first time attending with you. You can also use attendance data and our reporting features to see which classes are successful and which ones need your attention.
