MyStudio is looking for a highly skilled Lead React.js Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead React.js Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the architecture, development, and optimization of our front-end applications using React.js. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and drive innovation in our UI/UX design and development processes.
As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for transforming wireframes into visually compelling designs that are aligned with our brand standards and meet the specific needs of our fitness-focused clientele. You will collaborate closely with our product and development teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and a passion for creating beautiful and user-friendly interfaces.
We’re reshaping how business owners run their Martial Arts studios and we need a highly motivated Manager for our Customer Success Team to help us do it. MyStudio is the best sales enablement platform for the Martial Arts industry and is one of the most trusted “all-in-one” technology platforms that helps owners increase their revenue and reduce customer churn.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist - Onboarding. In this role, you will be the first person to welcome a new client. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for our valued customers. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will work closely with our sales, support, and operations teams to gather all necessary customer information and requirements. You will also be setting up new customer accounts, coordinating product implementations, and providing guidance and training to ensure customers are able to make full use of our products and services.
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Customer Delight Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of a Customer Success Manager, an Account Manager and a Business Consultant, focusing on customer satisfaction, product utilization, and achievement of business goals. The ideal candidate will take a proactive approach in engaging with customers, guiding them through their journey with our software, and ensuring they leverage our system to its fullest potential.
